Or, you can use Help Lightning ® technology to work virtually with our service engineers.

Help Lightning ® technology

When you want to show which LED lamp is on, which button is not working, or you want to learn how to change spare parts, video calls can be very helpful.

Help Lightning ® brings it to the next level. It allows our engineers to point at things and give you specific instructions virtually using augmented reality. Here is how it works:

  • You receive an invitation to join a Help Lightning call.
  • You will be connected with our service engineer via web camera.
  • You can show the issues on your system using your camera.
  • Our service engineer can give you instructions on how to diagnose or resolve the problems.
