Choose from 3 kW or 9 kW depending on the X-ray generator power. If you have a large Eulerian cradle with chi and phi axes, you have the TF (Thin Film) version. If not, you have the PWD (Powder) version.
SmartLab SE
Not to be mistaken for the Ultima IV. If it is the SmartLab SE, it should say "SmartLab" on the front panel and "RIGAKU" on the side panel.
Miniflex 6g
Not to be mistaken for the MiniFlex 600/300 or the XtaLAB mini. If it is the MiniFlex 6G, the front door says just "MiniFlex." If it says "MiniFlex600" or "MiniFlex300," you have the previous generation system.
